Jon is the Pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Macon, Georgia, and the founder of For The Coach, a ministry serving high school and college coaches. He also serves as a Chaplain with the Georgia Department of Public Safety (Troop D). Jon and his wife, Sharon, have been married over 36 years and are blessed with three children and eleven grandchildren. His desire is to help others live faithfully for Jesus Christ.

- 30 years of Senior Pastor ministry in Georgia, Florida, and Indiana.
- 20+ years of high school coaching experience and involvement with campus and community ministry.

United States Marine Corps Reserve – Staff Sergeant 1986-1994 (Desert Storm)
- MALS-49, Naval Air Station Atlanta
Sharon’s Ministry
- Current mission field is Middle Georgia State University
- Ladies Bible Teacher
- Active in discipleship and biblical counseling.
- Certified Biblical Counselor with ACBC
